Brighton Supported Living provides residential care to adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities who live in their own homes. We are currently looking for a Manager to join our team in Vancouver, WA.

The Manager must have experience working with employees and directing teams of individuals. Experience in the caregiving field helpful. The position requires the ability to delegate job tasks, schedule and train employees, and oversee the day to day direction of client care. The manager must also be able to write reports, develop client programs, and have excellent communication skills.

The Manager position requires previous experience overseeing employees. 1 year of management experience or 1-3 years of supervising staff. The position comes with a competitive wage, vacation, sick, holidays, 401K after 1 year.
